WORKQRAFT

Services

Eight ways we take work off your team.

Most engagements start with one of these and grow into two or three. You don’t need to know which one you need before you call.

Practices

S-01

Custom operating systems

The software your business runs on, built around how your business actually works.

Most organisations don't need another off-the-shelf tool. They need one place where a job is raised, approved, assigned, tracked and closed — matching their own process, not a template written for a company in another country. That's the core of what we build.

  • Workflow and approval systems
  • Dispatch, scheduling and field operations
  • Inventory, assets and maintenance
  • Case, client and member management
  • Internal admin panels and staff portals
  • Customer and partner portals
S-02

Vertical SaaS products

Industry-specific software, designed, built, licensed and maintained end to end.

We build and operate software for a single industry — where the domain rules are the product. We do this for our own platforms, and for operators who want to turn a process they've mastered into something they can license to their sector.

  • Product definition and domain modelling
  • Multi-tenant architecture and billing
  • Licensing, IP and royalty structuring
  • Ongoing product engineering
S-03

Cloud, integration and migration

Getting your existing tools to talk to each other — and off the spreadsheets.

Rarely does everything get replaced at once. We connect the systems you already pay for, move data out of files and inboxes, and put infrastructure underneath it that someone other than us can run.

  • Infrastructure, platform and software as a service
  • API and third-party integrations
  • Spreadsheet and legacy system migration
  • Payments, identity and messaging providers
S-04

Data, analytics and reporting

One set of numbers everyone agrees on, produced without anyone staying late.

When each department reports from its own file, management spends its time reconciling instead of deciding. We build the pipeline and the reporting layer so the numbers assemble themselves.

  • Operational and executive dashboards
  • Data warehousing and pipelines
  • Automated board and regulatory reporting
  • Business intelligence rollout
S-05

AI and applied automation

Automation applied where it removes real work, not where it demonstrates well.

Our research and development work covers software engineering, artificial intelligence and machine learning. In client systems it shows up quietly — documents read themselves, records match themselves, exceptions surface before anyone has to go looking.

  • Document and form extraction
  • Classification, matching and reconciliation
  • Forecasting and anomaly detection
  • Assistants built on your own data
S-06

Technology consulting and advisory

An honest read on your operation before anyone writes a line of code.

Sometimes the answer is a system. Sometimes it's a process change, a different vendor, or fixing what you already own. We'll tell you which, and we'll say so before it costs you a build.

  • Operations and systems audit
  • Digital transformation roadmaps
  • Vendor selection and technical due diligence
  • Architecture review
S-07

Training, onboarding and adoption

A system nobody was taught to use is a system nobody uses.

Adoption is part of delivery, not an afterthought. We train the people who will live in the system every day, write the procedures in their language, and stay through the switch-over.

  • Role-based training for staff
  • Written procedures and reference material
  • Change management through cut-over
  • Capacity building for internal teams
S-08

Support and managed service

Someone answers when something breaks at the worst possible moment.

Once real work depends on a system, it needs an owner. We run monitoring, service desk and continuing development under an agreed service level, or hand over cleanly to your own team.

  • Service desk and technical support
  • Monitoring, backups and incident response
  • Continuing development and enhancements
  • Documented handover to in-house teams

We also handle digital marketing, branding and corporate communications for the products we build, and we structure licensing, intellectual property and royalty arrangements where a system becomes something you want to sell on.

How an engagement runs

Five phases
01

Map

We spend time with the people doing the work and document how the operation actually runs — including the workarounds. Not the org chart. The real thing.

02

Design

We agree the target process and specify the system that supports it: what gets automated, what stays human, what stops entirely.

03

Build

We ship in slices. Something useful reaches real users in weeks, then grows. No twelve-month reveal.

04

Adopt

We train your team, migrate the data, run alongside the old way, then switch it off together.

05

Run

Support, monitoring and continuing development — until you want it in-house, at which point we hand over properly.

Sectors we work in

Nigeria and international

The paperwork changes between industries. The bottlenecks rarely do.

  • Logistics and haulageFleet, trips, proof of delivery
  • HealthcareRecords, scheduling, claims
  • Financial servicesOnboarding, back office, reconciliation
  • Manufacturing and distributionProduction, stock, orders
  • EducationAdmissions, records, fees
  • Professional servicesMatters, timesheets, billing
  • Energy and utilitiesAssets, maintenance, metering
  • Public sector and NGOsProgrammes, grants, field reporting

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe what happens today and where it goes wrong. Working out the rest is our job, and the first conversation is free.
